Men-ya Inoichi

This Bib Gourmand awarded ramen spot in one of the best in Kyoto, and unfortunately everybody seems to know it. To handle the crowds, numbered tickets are handed out first-come first-serve, sometimes running out before the store even opens! You’re welcome to leave and shop around nearby before returning around the time your number is due to be called.

They nerd out on how thin they shave their katsuoboshi flakes, down to a claimed 0.01mm. Their thin noodles use wheat from both Hokkaido and Kyoto.
