Who is Campbell Suzuki?
Campbell Suzuki was the name of the motorcycle shop founded by my grandfather Rich Campbell and his brother in 1968 in Whittier, California. It was touted as the world’s most complete motorcycle shop.
Do you ride a Suzuki motorcycle?
My mom won’t let me.

What types of items do you photograph?
I specialize in photographing a wide range of products, including artwork, jewelry, fashion, cosmetics, antiquities, memorabilia, and more. If you're unsure whether your product is a good fit, feel free to reach out.
Can you photograph oversized or reflective products (e.g., jewelry, glass, metal)?
Yes, I have experience handling tricky materials like reflective surfaces and large items. Specialized lighting and editing techniques ensure the best results.
How do I book a shoot with you?

What’s your typical turnaround time?
For artwork: 5-8 days
For products: 7-10 days
For on-site photography: 10-14 days
What’s the process from booking to receiving the final images?
After booking, we will schedule a consultation to discuss your specific needs and circumstances.
For on-site projects, you will receive a confirmation/reminder 24 hours before the shoot.
For studio projects, the items will be sent to or dropped off at our studio for photography.
Once photography and editing is completed, a digital gallery will be shared with you to download your images.
Items will be returned by post or may be picked up from the studio after shooting.
Can I request revisions or edits to my photos?
My first priority is providing images that you are happy with and inspire confidence. Minor edits if necessary are included in the package. Additional/major revisions may incur extra fees.
Do you offer rush services for urgent projects?
Yes, rush processing is available for an additional fee. Please inquire for availability.
How should I send my products to you?
You can ship them via courier or arrange a drop-off if you’re local. Pick-up may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire for availability.
Who covers the shipping costs?
Clients are responsible for both sending and returning shipping fees.
Can I use the photos for commercial advertising (website, social media, print, etc.)?
Yes, all images are licensed for commercial use unless stated otherwise.
Do you keep backups of my images in case I need them later?
Backups are kept for 30 days after delivery. We recommend downloading and storing your files promptly.
Can you provide images in different sizes and formats for web and print?
Yes, let us know your specific requirements, and we will ensure the images are formatted correctly.
Do you require credit when I use your images?
Credit is not required, but always appreciated.
Do you host workshops?
We do not currently host workshops, but this may change given enough public interest. If you are interested in participating in a workshop, please let us know what kind of an experience you would like to join.
Does your camera have a name?
My Tachihara 4x5 is named Hara, after Sgt. Hara from the 1983 film “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence”. My Nikon Z6 goes by Nick. The others haven’t told me their names yet.
