This hip ramen shop translates to “no name ramen” and is appropriately hidden in a basement with no signage, despite its prime Sanjo location. I'm a fan of their tsukemen, although everything there is pretty tasty. A long concrete countertop if perfect for a quick bite for smaller groups.
